In order to better serve their customers and communities they are recruiting for an experienced Product Manager, someone who will ensure the appropriateness of products and propositions that meet their customers’ needs.

In your role as Product Manager you will:

- Manage the process for delivery of products and propositions across Mortgage & Savings, from development, presentation, launch and through to withdrawal
- Manage product development, enhancement of existing products & launch in accordance with the product governance framework & banking system requirements
- Manage rate change and product rationalisation
- Undertake market analysis, product analysis and product validation
- Monitor and report on product performance to meet product governance requirements & track key performance indicators
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure appropriate launch and promotion of products, including providing accurate product specifications for literature and website, along with relevant sign off ensuring what is on sale is accurate
- Liaise with sales teams to ensure continued appropriateness of our product propositions and opportunities for new product development
- Provide accurate, succinct & relevant reporting and data to allow informed business decisions
- Maintain a good understanding of the customer journey and make recommendation for on-going improvements, taking into consideration target customer segment channel preferences.
- Measure conversion rates for product categories are monitored and reported to inform decision making
