Our mission is to support brands that contribute to "people's green life"—spanning categories like sustainable manufacturing, automotive, 3C (computer, communication, and consumer electronics), healthcare, pet food, functional food, and other lifestyle-enhancing products. We prioritize markets in Europe, the UK, and North America, enabling brands to align with eco-conscious consumers and build long-term sustainability-driven engagement. **Job Overview** The International Marketing Strategist will play a pivotal role in delivering market intelligence, feasibility studies, and actionable strategies for eco-friendly brands. Focusing on the industries and markets that shape green lifestyles, the strategist will craft innovative marketing solutions to help brands establish their presence and resonate with global audiences. **Key Responsibilities** - **Market Research & Feasibility Analysis**: - Conduct in-depth research into international markets, identifying growth opportunities for eco-friendly brands in key industries. - Evaluate market feasibility by analyzing consumer behaviors, regulatory landscapes, and competitive positioning. - Deliver clear, actionable recommendations tailored to client needs. - **Strategy Development**: - Design marketing strategies that enable eco-friendly brands to connect with international audiences while highlighting their green and sustainable values. - Create frameworks for positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on cultural localization. - Advise on product-market fit and brand differentiation strategies in competitive landscapes. - **Client Collaboration**: - Work closely with eco-conscious brands to understand their goals, challenges, and target audience profiles. - Present findings and strategies in an engaging and client-focused manner. - Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering strong client relationships through value-driven consultancy. - **Creative Content & Campaign Guidance**: - Support the development of eco-driven content marketing strategies, including blogs, videos, infographics, and case studies. - Provide direction for localized campaigns that highlight sustainability narratives, aligning with client brand values. - Partner with creative teams to ensure consistent execution of strategic initiatives. - **Trend Monitoring & Insights**: - Stay updated on global sustainability trends, consumer preferences, and market innovations in green living categories. - Provide insights into industry best practices and emerging opportunities to guide client strategies. - Track competitor activities and deliver benchmarking analyses to clients. - **Performance Reporting & Optimization**: - Collaborate with analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. - Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement and adaptation in dynamic markets. - Deliver concise performance reports and propose strategic pivots as necessary. **Qualifications & Skills** - **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Studies, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in international marketing strategy or consultancy, preferably with eco-friendly or sustainability-focused brands. - **Core Competencies**: - Strong knowledge of global marketing principles, market entry strategies, and sustainability-driven branding. - Experience working with brands in green lifestyle industries (e.g., sustainable products, functional foods, eco-friendly consumer goods). - Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - **Technical Skills**: - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush). - Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Webflow) and social media tools. - Knowledge of ESG frameworks and eco-conscious branding strategies is a plus. - **Personal Attributes**: - Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. - Passionate about sustainability and committed to promoting green living. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary and benefits. - Opportunity to work with diverse and purpose-driven brands in the eco-friendly space. - Collaborative work environment focused on innovation and sustainability. - Career development and growth opportunities in international marketing strategy. **How to Apply** Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company pension Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend
