With a strong emphasis on R&D and continuous professional development, TheTin seeks a Mid to Senior Brand Strategist to enhance its team. TheTin offers flexible remote options and an inclusive, forward-thinking workplace.
**We are looking for an experienced Mid-to-Senior Brand Strategist who is used to working with large, global corporate and/or business clients, consulting, advising, planning and helping to implement solutions that qualitatively improve their brand, marketing and communications.

We are looking for someone who can be the lead brains on branding projects and who is able to craft compelling copy and slides. Being able to demonstrate a power of persuasion will be one of their most important qualities.

At every opportunity, it is the role of the brand strategist that helps identify and articulate the value of the work being done by TheTin, reminding colleagues why we’re doing what we’re doing in terms of driving outcomes, and reminding the client of the value of what we deliver in helping to meet clearly stated objectives.

The role demands a creative yet analytical thinker who can continually adapt to support our clients in a range of different ways according to their changing needs. They will also be able to understand how to effectively translate thinking into practice, maximising the strategic effectiveness of brand communications across platforms and channels, especially digital.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, gather insights and produce analysis, logic and rationale that provides clear, actionable next steps in the client’s specific context.
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with client business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the client organisation to drive cohesiveness around the brand Participate in and help guide the creative process of copywriting, ensuring content is insightful and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Create and deliver client presentations and participate in strategic discussions to refine branding approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in brand strategy across the creative continuum: Insight, definition, expression and activation..
- Strong understanding of digital channels and how to leverage them for brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- A passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses.

**Benefits**

**Starting Salary**:
Circa £50-65k dependent on experience
