**Location**: Horsham (Flexibility for work-from-home is available after the first 3 months)

**Salary**: £55,000

**Full Time**: Monday to Friday, Travel will be required for meetings

An opportunity for a Senior Tester to join one of the independent estate agencies in the southeast of England. The IT team deliver trusted technology solutions that help their users and customers with property sales, lettings and related moving services.They are looking to significantly increase their IT team to improve and develop their technology offerings across the whole business. **The Job Role**
- The Senior Tester will play a key role in establishing the automated testing functions for their move to a CI/CD environment.
- You will be responsible for all testing and automated testing of the business requirements for their software solutions at the user and API levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Senior Tester will report direct to the IT Director, you will establish a new IT Testing team and ensure the team’s tools, procedures, processes and tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard of quality
- Be involved in functional and non-functional testing, defect tracking and reporting to senior management
- Liaise with Support to help identify production issues and known bugs
- Contribute to the Development Team’s working practices and technology decisions, including process improvements.
- Create and maintain automated test solutions - Web and API

**Skills, Experience and qualifications**
- Expertise in capturing and analysing data and documenting Test plans and tracking deliverables using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
- Postman, SoapUI/ReadyAPI or other API-focused test automation tools
- Performance/load testing experience using LoadUI Pro or other performance testing tools
- Understanding of or experience of maintaining an API test automation framework including the ability to write/amend automated test cases written in C#. Experience with other Object Orientated languages also considered
- Previous experience of supporting complex, company-wide technology projects
