**Equans is looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis working in partnership with Rotherham Borough Council on their Repairs and Maintenance contract, On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**

Equans are a maintenance partner to Rotherham Council, we are responsible for undertaking responsive repairs, Gas repairs, Aids and adaptations and some capital works across the borough.

**What will you deliver?**:

- Processing variations
- Scheduling appointments through Impact response
- Arranging follow on appointments
- Invoice administration
- Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Liaising with client counterparts
- Maintain and care for all company property
- Ensure areas of work areas left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
- Material co-ordination

**Who are we looking for?**:

- We require someone that is computer literate and able to use standard Microsoft packages such as word, excel etc.
- Good telephone manner and problem solving skills
- Previous Administration experience
