Customer Service Advisor

**Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor**
**Qualifications**:Software requirements: Excel skills, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Database packages.
**Main objective of Role**:To create and nurture customer relationships that will build the foundations for loyalty and enduring value, by providing “world class” customer service through responsibility and accountability to the continuous improvement process.
Communicate with Customers, Engineers and Surefire personnel working to the Company KPI’s. Booking and scheduling in advance. Supporting the engineering team to ensure calls are booked and completed in a methodical way.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Arranging planned maintenance and small works by liaising with team of engineers and the customer.
- Ensure all callouts are completed in accordance with the client KPI and our own SLA.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints quickly and patiently, updating the CRM system.
- Provide accurate customer invoicing.
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records on CRM system, including filing system and
Maintenance of files for all contract related documentation in line with the company privacy policy.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments as required.
- Processing of sales orders.
- Liaise with the finance department as necessary.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all personnel within the company.
**Requirements**:
- Proven record of building relationships with customer base.
- Clear, accurate and timely communication skills.
- Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. You must be able to multi-task and have excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of liaising with engineers, coordinating diary and geographical schedule management preferable.
- Flexible within job role and be able to approach all tasks confidently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
