**Full time, Permanent**
**X2 shift rotation**
**Monday to Friday 6am -2:15pm then Monday to Friday 1:45pm -10pm, then repeat rotation**

**Job Specification**:

- Quality Inspection with various hand tools & CMM Machines
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience
- Experience with shadowgraphs and other optical measuring devices would be advantageous
- Working with & supporting the CI teams to develop safe launch’ of products into the business.
- Compilation of first off reporting as required
- Ensuring ‘best practice’ to maintain good house-keeping practices (5S) throughout the department.
- Supporting PPAP activities such as MSA, Gauge R&R, IMDS, FMEA’s.SPC etc.
- Liaising with all departments to drive corrective actions and improvement in quality & reliability.
- Ensuring that customer requirements are met.
- Supporting Quality Engineers and the department on quality issues.
- Conducting process / product audits as required
- Resolution of Quality issues.

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience in a Quality function desired but not essential (ISO9001/AS9100 / IATF16949/ ISO13485).
- Flexibility and ‘can-do’ attitude.
- The individual must have the ability and personality to communicate and influence throughout the organisation, to ensure timely resolution of any issues arisen.
- Ability to interpret and delivery customer requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite.
- Design / CAD experience beneficial
- A methodical approach to completing work in a timely and effective manner.
- Proof of an excellent time and attendance record is required, along with a high level of flexibility by any individual considering this position.

- Monday to Friday 6am -2:15pm then Monday to Friday 1:45pm -10pm, then repeat rotation
