We’re looking to take on Casual Support Workers to help us support people with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.

**About the Role**
As a Casual Support Worker, you will help people with mental health problems or learning disabilities in their home or out in the community. This might include motivating someone to eat healthily or to visit the gym, or providing support to a person with emotional problems.
We are excited to recruit Casual Support Workers to join our team in Warwick You will be working with a dedicated support team and in partnership with other agencies to provide an excellent service. You will be passionate about ensuring the service we deliver is person-centred in supporting these individuals to develop their confidence, skills, and independence in their homes and in the local community including:
- Maintaining their homes
- Budgeting and shopping
- Planning and preparing meals
- Prompting for medication
- Being active in the community (employment, study, volunteering and/or leisure activities)
- Maintaining relationships with family and friends
- Social activities
- Accompanying customers to appointments and/or on excursions
- Working in partnership with other agencies and organisations.
- There may be an element of personal care.
