C&R Lewis have an excellent opportunity for an Admin Support to join a well-established Skip company based in Solihull. The hours required are 7.30am - 4.30pm (unpaid hour break) Monday - Friday, possibly overtime on a Saturday working 7.30am - 1pm.

CR Lewis Facilities and waste removal services are a skip hire company that constantly strives to be at the forefront of recycling and waste management solutions. We make sure all waste is recycled and disposed of following environmental waste guidelines.
Our current area of skip hire service covers all of Birmingham, Solihull, Balsall Common, Coleshill, Dickens Heath, Eastern Green, Hampton In Arden, Coventry, Knowle, Kenilworth, Shirley and surrounding areas through the West Midlands. We have a strong proven track record of delivering highly professional services to both the commercial and domestic markets, which is supported through our friendly and very efficient customer services department.
- Full training on our systems will be provided.
- IT and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to prioritise and organise workload.
**Accountabilities**:
- Log jobs onto our company system and delegate out to relevant driver. Update and maintain systems daily to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Take card payments on booking.
- Deploy jobs daily to all drivers.
- Undertake general office administration tasks including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and ordering stationary.
- To manage the incoming and outgoing post.
