### Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

## Requirements:

- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
- Understanding of financial management principles related to healthcare facilities
