I am currently working with a Legal 500 Law firm who are seeking an experienced and ambitious **Legal Assistant to support their busy Private Client team in Solihull.**

You will be asked too:

- Prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing.
- Administer filing which will include the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, either electronically or through the postal system.
- Ensure all scanning and/or copying is completed.
- Effective processing of incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and conveying of messages.
- Make appointments and maintain an up to date diary for their principals.
- Prepare meeting rooms, as necessary, and tidy and clear the room at the end of the meeting.
- Provide refreshments for client meetings when asked to do so.
- Attend on clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.
- Undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
- Comply with all policies and procedures in place at the firm to ensure the firm’s aims are met.
- Provide support to other Legal Assistants as required.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
