We’re looking for four inspiring Student Mentors to join our Student Support team.

This is a term-time role, ideal for someone looking to align their work with family life or other commitments. You’ll work closely with staff and students to help learners stay on track, achieve their goals, and plan for what’s next. The role includes whole group delivery, one-to-one support, work-related activities, and helping students build the skills and confidence they need for work or further study.

If you’re passionate about helping young people achieve their goals, this role is for you. You’ll deliver group sessions, provide one-to-one support, run employability workshops, and plan engaging activities — all designed to help students stay on track, build confidence, and prepare for life after college.
