**Business Development Executive** Hours of work are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. **Role Requirements** - Excellent Communication Skills. - Excellent Motivational Skills. - IT literate in particular excel, word and outlook. - Can work in a target driven environment. - Can thrive in a busy work place, with a "can do" attitude. - Must be able to follow work processes. - Previous B2B preferred. - Social Media Experience. **Role Responsibilities** - Dealing with B2B clients by telephone, offering advice and updates on products / services and ensuring they are well motivated. - Identifying where clients need further face to face training and booking the sales team in to carry out audits, additional training or carrying out the training over zoom. - Developing First Senior’s Social Media presence. - To ensure all Staff of our Clients comply to the company's processes and high standards. - To complete weekly and monthly sales reports. - Producing monthly newsletters. - Calling potential clients and offering our services with a goal of booking an appointment for the sales team to visit. - To allocate and issue appointments electronically to the Sales Team where applicable. **Company** Our client operates in the Mobility sector and has been providing specialist Finance, Insurance Products and Services since 1995 throughout the UK. **Why should you apply?** - In return as an excellent salary and bonus scheme, you will receive pension contribution, free parking and 28 days holiday per annum inc.
