**Job Outline**

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the internal sales team. Primary responsibilities will be to process supply only orders up to invoicing stage including all communication with internal departments and customers to ensure the smooth deliveryof our product.

The role will require a high level of communication skills.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Process customer purchase orders from order stage, through to invoicing using our SAGE software package.
- Inputting new enquires onto Sales Force.
- Organising job files for new projects in preparation for the Design Team to prepare quotation.
- Liaise between our internal Design Team and Logistics' Team.
- Liaise with customers daily to ensure their expectations are fully met and our products are delivered on time.
- Have an understanding as to how the PSI process works.
- Assist the Commercial Manager and other Managers with administrative duties.

**Personal Characteristics**
- Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages
- Experience in administrative and customer services.
- Awareness and understanding of project processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers
- Able to work effectively as part of team
