If so, then join our new team of Bank Floating Support Recovery Workers. We are looking to create an innovative team of talented individuals which will support the organization as a whole to maintain high quality delivery of services.
We’re a leading mental health charity that’s been putting mental health first for individuals and communities in Bristol and the South West for the last three decades. Working hand-in-hand with the NHS and local authorities, we offer practical help and emotional support tailored to each individual and their recovery.
Our experience of working with Bristol’s significant population of rough sleepers means we are well placed to offer skilled support to people with multiple and complex needs including homelessness, drug or alcohol addiction.

**What can you expect from working for us?**
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across a number of different mental health services within Second Step. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or looking for something new, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience, knowledge and skills within the health and social care sector. Your role will be to support people with issues including mental health, homelessness and drug and alcohol towards recovery and a brighter future.
No one day will be the same - You will experience working within a diverse number of services ranging from primary and secondary care to supported accommodation and community support.
Not only that, you will receive comprehensive training, support and further career development to fulfil your role confidently and competently.
**The role
- We are recruiting a number of roles into the team on bank contracts and fixed term contracts, covering services, some of which operate 24/7.
- Hours of Working - Up to **Full time (37 hours +) Monday-Sunday (varied)**:
- Basic Hourly Rate: starting from £10.60. There are various levels of pay across Second Step services, depending on experience and role.
- Location: Bristol.
