**More about your role**

As Head of Resource Optimisation, you will be responsible for defining, communicating and executing the workforce management target operating model, vision and service across the contact centre and complaints department. You will ensure the strategic direction is maintained and will be the lead for all strategic resource activity.

You will create and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leaderships teams, ensuring that a constant model is executed across the organisations. You will lead on the resource optimisation of our target operating model through a robust infrastructure and will be accountable for feeding the resource demand into all budget requirements.

You will ensure that the Customer is always placed at the heart of activity and will champion and ensure and effective colleague communication of all resource requirements.

You will be able to develop simple and logical summaries of complex information and will have a trach record in constantly achieving and exceeding key business metrics. You will be a natural leader, able to engage, influence, and negotiate with a wide variety of colleagues across the organisation.

You will be methodical and detail orientated but also able to make quick decisions and implement change at pace, working in a disciplined and analytical style you will be able to ‘hit the ground running' and will work well under pressure.
