**What will you deliver?**:
Assisting in the running of the contract from handover to final completion, including advising and managing all aspects concerning Electrical services and safety. To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.
- To ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met and develop a close working relationship with the client/s.
- To undertake effective electrical compliance inspections, work in progress and post complete, on direct, sub-contractor or agency works undertaken in the name of ENGIE
- Documenting and maintaining records of all electrical safety inspections undertaken.
- Where applicable instigate corrective action procedure and track to full resolution of issues highlighted
- Liaise with and support operations in all aspects of electrical technical and operational compliance
- To be fully aware of and ensure compliance with NICEIC requirements, British Standards and all statutory obligations placed on the business.
- Comply with ENGIE Electrical, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies, Procedures, Practices and Legislation.
- Liaise with client representatives and management
- Prioritise inspections in order of high risk areas either in terms of H&S, complexity of work, K.P.I failure or shortfall, previous poor performance.
- To be continually aware of the strengths and weaknesses in the team and Inspect accordingly

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- All aspects of electrical installation works
- 18th Edition Electrical qualified with all relevant updates for the trade
- Part P Qualified
- Full familiarity with BS7671 Wiring Regulations
- H&S qualified SSSTS/SMSTS/IOSH
- Experience in Domestic occupied works, 3 Phase commercial wiring/ Building Management Systems/Electrical vehicle Points
