**Who are we looking for?**

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking to appoint a qualified, committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Sport and Public Services Curriculum Team to deliver on a range of Sport courses.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a forward thinking, learner centred department. Key focuses involve personal development, improving behaviour and attitudes whilst achieving impressive outcomes.

The College is looking for an individual who is committed to helping learners stretch and challenge themselves and develop the skills sets necessary for progressing onto their next career step. The position would involve Course Leadership responsibility,monitoring individual, qualification, and course performance, with identification and implementation of appropriate support.
