This role is office based and will primarily provide support to our new build housing customer care team collating and recording details of works and reporting to new build housing developers. It will also incorporate the registration of installed appliances with the relevant governing body and manufacturer warranty scheme.

General office tasks and procedures will form part of the daily routine.

The successful applicant will possess good communication skills and be comfortable to work as part of a team but also have the confidence to work independently.

Previous experience of an office environment and strong IT skills are essential.

A confident and friendly telephone manner and an ability to handle sometimes complex queries.

Full time (Monday to Friday) position on a permanent basis.

Pay negotiable depending on experience.
