**Role Responsibilities - Administration Assistant**:
- You’ll primarily assist the sales team in dealing with the many and varied administrative tasks that occur across the entire range of services we offer and to assist with in-store customer enquiries
- Ordering equipment and checking order confirmations correlate with purchase orders
- Inputting purchase invoices and credits onto our computer system and filing relevant paperwork
- Liaising with suppliers; arranging product deliveries, replacement items and handling the entire returns procedure
- Managing our installation schedule, communicating with installers and customers, arranging deliveries, answering phone calls
- Handling initial ‘meet & greet’ procedures with customers visiting the showroom
- Managing supplier pricing updates and ensuring they are correctly imported and maintained on our software
- Generally assisting with all daily tasks that a busy office creates
- System training will be given
**Person Specification - Administration Assistant**:
- A friendly and enthusiastic individual
- Experience in Xero Accountancy Software is desirable
- Highly organised and structured with a can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to demonstrates a strong customer focus
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- AAT (Level 2) or similar qualification would be sought after, but not essential
- IT Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A full driving licence would be useful but not essential
