**STUDENT & ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATOR**

**THE ROLE**:
The Department of Student & Academic Administration (DSAA) provides a comprehensive and high-quality administrative service to applicants, students, colleagues and external stakeholders on behalf of the University of Portsmouth.
The Faculties Administration Section of the DSAA supports students and academic colleagues through a network of MyPort Hubs, aligned with the Faculties. Each Hub team includes a management structure of Assessment and Awards Manager and Deputy, Support and Programmes Manager and Deputy, Student and Academic Administrators with responsibility for specific courses and modules, and Student Service Advisors. The Hubs support the student journey from the point of registration through to graduation and support academic staff through the same journey.
Delivery of effective and efficient course administration for a specific set of courses, including accuracy of data and provision of professional and friendly support to academic staff and students.
