**Overview**

**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care plans in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the management of office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Provide support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment options and resources available.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with patients and healthcare professionals.
