**Key Responsibilities of the Job**:

- Supporting a fee earner in the conveyancing department
- Dealing with all aspects of sale files
- Post completion duties
- Creating mortgage reports
- Liaising with clients and agents
- New file opening
- Updating the case management system
- SDLT payments
- Drafting TR1
- Managing Land registry portal

**Key Requirements for the Job**:

- You will have experience in conveyancing from inception to completion
