**The Apprentice Digital Executive Performance Indicators**:

- Increase social media reach by 10% monthly.
- Additional objectives - to be set after 6-month probationary period is completed.

**Key responsibilities of Apprentice Digital Executive**:
**1.** **General Content**
- Generate content ideas and designs for business purposes.
- Set up and maintain a content calendar.
- Postproduction and editing of all photography, videography, and animations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments/team members to ensure consistent branding and visual identity.
- Produce content across all relevant platforms by working collaboratively with different departments on copywriting for brochures, leaflets, handbooks, catalogues, social media and website.

**2.** **Social Media**
- Work on social media content and visuals.
- Plan and complete external photography and videography as required for social media purposes.
- Use social media effectively to increase reach and promote Get Set UK as a professional organisation

**3.** Website
- To upload creative content onto the company’s website.
- Manage the live chat service on the company’s website.
- Ensure website content remains professional, current, and accurate.

**4.** Mailshots
- Produce and run regular weekly mailshots to support the content calendar o
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to run mailshots that promote upcoming courses o
- Generate regular leads from mailshot activities

**5.** General Administration
- Maintain incoming leads spreadsheet, analyse stats and report to Directors monthly
- To attend meetings and produce minutes to required standard.
- To answer phone as appropriate and take messages to the required standard.

**6.** Health and Safety
- To be responsible for ensuring that all efforts are taken to ensure a safe working environment for learners through accurate health and safety checks.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety requirements including use of the internet. o
- Promote safer learning including e-safety throughout the organisation.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Safeguarding requirements.
- Promote safeguarding including the Government’s PREVENT Agenda to learners, employers and throughout the organisation.

**7.** Equality and Diversity
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of E&D requirements for the organisation.
- To promote and support the wider development and understanding of E&D for learners and employers.
- To actively participate in the monthly hot topics and actively promote to all learners and employers.

8. General
- To ensure personal performance meets or exceeds objectives and targets as set by the organisation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date training plan/diary at all times.
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to relevant company policies and procedures.
- To attend training activities as and when needed for personal development.
- To represent the company positively and professionally.
- Ensure Safeguarding is regularly updated.
- To undertake any other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£16,000.00 per year

**Education**:
