- We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice who is interested in working in Financial Services and wishes to pursue a career in Digital Marketing.
- The role of the Digital Marketing Apprentice involves developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote products or services. This includes social media, creating content, running digital advertising campaigns, analysing data metrics, and optimising strategies to reach target audiences.
- Sat within the Asset Management side of the business and working on brands including M&G Investments, M&G Real Estate and InfraCapital - this role will be perfect for someone who is interested in learning the basics of marketing, Digital & Brand within a fast-paced Brand & Digital Marketing function.
- The successful applicant will be exposed to various digital projects and will work closely with other teams within the business, helping our function to deliver against our Marketing & Business objectives
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.-
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and other relevant platforms.-
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.-
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and compelling content for digital channels.-
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.-
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.-
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.-
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present findings to management.Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Confident and effective communicator (both written and verbal)-
- Passionate about being in a work environment that embraces and values diversity.-
- Ability to learn MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and Visio.-
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills with a keen attention to detail.We are looking for a confident individual with a positive outlook, can-do attitude, and aspiration to want to progress.

The applicant would ideally have an inquisitive nature and be curious. The successful applicant should feel confident to use their own initiative and work alone where required.
Qualification Required:
- Three A-levels (grade A-C) or equivalent AND GCSE English and Mathematics (grade 4 - 9)
Future Prospects:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities for career progression within our Digital Marketing team or other relevant departments based on performance, business needs, and available opportunities. If recruited into a permanent role, the individual will follow the career progression applicable to the specific role/department.
Training Provided:
- As a Digital Marketing Apprentice with M&G, you will undertake the Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses
