**About this role**:
As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will be tasked with designing and delivering project phases within a substantial project or delivering small-scale, discreet projects.

Your main responsibility is to support Consultants and Senior Consultants but to also take ownership and leadership of discrete projects, manage clients and generate profitable business with senior supervision and oversight. Tasks are likely to be many and varied; you will be expected to deliver work across several areas.

You should be comfortable presenting to and facilitating senior stakeholders, leading meetings where appropriate.

**What you'll do**
- Working alongside the Customer Experience team to design, develop and deliver customer insight work, translating outputs into strategic plans- Developing digital and multichannel strategies and tactical plans
- Acting as strategic counsel and a trusted advisor to clients
- Analysing and evaluating digital marketing performance and making optimisation recommendations
- Briefing Associate Consultants and helping manage their outputs and deliverables, comfortable managing ACs and acting as a role model.
- Project management: managing clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and are of high quality

**About you**:

- You will have at least 2 years of Consulting experience within the Life Science/healthcare industry
- You will have experience supporting more senior consultants on varied projects
- A desire to work within a broad consulting role focusing on real-world evidence, market access, insights, and early commercialisation
- Ideally, some experience doing business development and building on client relationships, but not essential
- A desire to work within a very collaborative team and an eagerness to learn
- Experience within healthcare that has focused on both commercial and clinical ideally
