The Role:
A hybrid Change Project Manager / Business Analyst A new PM/BA hybrid required to join Enterprise Architecture and Value Management.

**Responsibilities**:
The Enterprise Architecture and Value Management (EAVM) function combines responsibilities of the legal entity strategy team with a new value management unit. Our goal is to ensure that we drive a strategic, enterprise-wide program to increase the efficiencyof our organisational structure, reduce complexity and release resources to fund new investments across the business.
In this team you will be responsible for driving front-to-back change across large scale legal entity and regulatory change initiatives. You will project manage the setup of a newly established desk/division, supporting the Front Office in designing and implementinga target booking and operating model, through which you will help identify and execute on initiatives to realise revenue opportunities, reduce costs and/or increase efficiency.
**Requirements**:

- Experienced in understanding and solving complex business problems, particularly those associated with front office booking and operating model themes (e.g. roles & responsibilities, cross-border analysis, control environments, risk management methodologies,client strategy, etc)
- Deep understanding of the Global Markets business operating model ideally gained through a COO / business management role, or through a change role which required intense interaction with the front office. Experience and knowledge of Prime Finance (DeltaOne / Swap) and other Prime businesses an advantage.
- Effective at working with a variety of stakeholders across front office and support functions to define and document problem statements and design solutions. Confident in constructively challenging stakeholders on assumptions or approach and supporting decisionmaking.
- Able to demonstrate experience in leading working groups across a wide range of senior stakeholders; particularly with business and key advisory functions, such as finance, legal, compliance. Broker practical business solutions that comply with the guidanceprovided by these advisors
- Able to structure and construct a consolidated view of project deliverables, status to plans with focus on key decisions, milestones and risks/issues.
- Able to proactively lead areas of business analysis for focus areas identified. You are able to guide and support senior management decision making through your own fact-finding and data analysis and identify and escalate issues and risks.
- Deep understanding of how regulatory requirements translate into business requirements, achieved via experience in undertaking a leading role in an industry-wide regulatory initiative (e.g. MiFID, Brexit, Dodd-Frank, CRD, etc)
- You have passion for teamwork, execution excellence and process efficiency
- You prioritise and work well under pressure
- You are proactive and driven with the ability to progress analysis and ensure project requirements are met
- You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
