Wipro is looking for a BA/PM - Overseas Funds Regime with previous experience in funds and senior stakeholder engagement. This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation.

As a BA/PM - Overseas Funds Regime you will be a part of the Insurance Practice where we help insurance companies transform the way they do business through digital powered customer experience & analytics/cognition enabled business transformation. Our transformation consulting framework enables modernization & complete digitalization of insurance organization. Leading practices include - Sales & Distribution Transformation, POS Transformation, Underwriting Transformation, Claims Transformation.

**Purpose of the Role**:

The BA/PM will be responsible to lead and deliver change in the ways of working.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As the BA/PM - Overseas Funds Regime you will:

- Mapping of business processes
- Scope and shape activities for the work-stream, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure input and engagement is made in timely manner, challenge where necessary
- Work and liase with the digital, technical and development teams for integrated designs across requirements
- Facilitate, plan and conduct workshops
- Understand the different business needs from stakeholders, create user and customer journeys, map the business processes and craft the BRD’s (business requirements documents)

**Mandatory Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the UK
- Funds experience - understanding of business processes
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management / Asset Management firm
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good stakeholder management and engagement
- Experiences of working in an Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira and Confluence environment, concept of role of a Business Analyst in an Agile project
- Experienced in working in agile scrum teams
