Supporting our Directors as a **Personal Assistant** is an exciting and truly varied role - day to day, you’ll provide proactive and efficient support to ensure their teams business schedules run smoothly by organising travel, diaries and meetings across a number of different time zones. Our business is incredibly fast-paced, so you’ll need to be able to prioritise, think ahead and have exceptional initiative.

**This Personal Assistant role is offered on a fixed term full time basis for a period of 6 months, covering parental leave. This role is hybrid working - you will be required to work at our Bicester offices 1 day a week and the remainder from home.**

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, at Senior Manager/Director
- Extensive experience in managing travel and itineraries
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and efficient, in particular Outlook
- Fluency in English essential; and fluency in Spanish would be ideal
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Second to none organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking ability
- An eye for detail, creativity and an interest in all things luxury
- A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Adaptable communication skills (verbal & written) in order to connect with all levels of our business
