You will have proven experience within a similar role in an office environment, an excellent telephone manner, used to working at a fast pace and looking for a new challenge with a company that supports growth and development from within.

You will be responsible for;
- Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Taking and fielding phone calls for the department
- Maintaining and tracking the returns and collections process
- Administration and customer service with customers
- Processing paperwork accurately and maintaining the database
- Planning and Manifesting Routes

To qualify for this role you will be:

- Self motivated and able to use your own initiative
- The ability to multi-task
- A calm unflappable approach in a busy and demanding environment
- Problem solver
- Have excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
- Microsoft competent - particularly Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
