Would you like to be a part of our team? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual, with fantastic organisational skills to join our friendly and professional HR team, as an HR Administrator.
In this role, you'll be a member of the global HR team responsible for transactional HR activities and administration. You'll provide a comprehensive, professional administrative service to the firm on a range of areas associated with HR administration against defined service standards, and will be responsible for transactional HR activities and administration against defined service standards.

About the role
- Administer all employee movement, including preparation of employment contracts, probation management and completing reference requests
- Responsible for administrative tasks associated with referencing, recruitment and selection and routine HR enquiries
- Process data to facilitate payment of invoices and expenses
- Provide reports, data and analysis as required
- On-going maintenance of HR database, ensuring all data is entered accurately
- Follow all payroll procedures, support with payment checking as required
- Involvement in the administration of our student schemes
- General administrative duties
About you - essential requirements
- Minimum two years' administrative experience, including HR administration experience
- Experience with HR systems
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- A high level of confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
