Accounts Assistant

**About The Role**

**Scope of Work**
- Manage purchase ledger and provide cover for sales ledger.
- Processing purchase invoices and resolve queries with suppliers.
- Reconcile supplier statements and prepare weekly payment runs
- Liaise with applicable teams to ensure timely payments and smooth operations
- Update internal databases and spreadsheets
- Process sales invoices, allocate payments and respond to client invoice queries
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Provide administrative support to Finance Team

**Required Criteria**
- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Excellent analytical, numerical and data analysis skills.
- Solid accounting knowledge and data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
- Technology proficient, with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
