**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when necessary.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, using basic maths skills to process payments accurately.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as needed and ensuring proper storage practices are followed for food safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous, particularly in bartending roles.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues alike.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping guests with their needs.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
