One of the world’s leading renal care providers, providing a holistic approach to care is looking for a Clinic Manager in Salisbury. Along with a salary of up to £42,800 per annum plus a bonus, you will also receive overtime paid at time and a half (150hours every 4 weeks), paid breaks, a focus on internal development and career progression with opportunities to undertake relevant study, 35 days holiday (including bank holidays), Christmas and New Year’s Day off, onsite parking, full PPE and uniform, LifeAssurance, employee benefit scheme, stakeholder pension, a referral scheme paying up to £1,250 and visa sponsorship.
**As a Clinic Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Taking responsibility and accountability for the daily operational and clinical management, in order to meet quality outcomes for medical and financial performance.
- Facilitating strategic goals at the e.g., Organic growth and service leadership.
- Taking accountability for compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring that the clinic is prepared for audit 365 days of the year.
- Continuous improvement activities at the clinic level including the development and promotion of good working relationships between clients and associated organisations.
- Acting in professional advisory role to staff providing supervision and guidance, monitoring and evaluating their performance on a continuing basis.
- Undertaking necessary performance measures such as audits, reviews, and patient/staff surveys to ensure compliance with internal, NMC and healthcare best practice guidelines.
- Ensuring all technical equipment are fully maintained and operational and water quality conforms to Renal Association Standards.
- Acting as a registered manager with legal responsibility for the day-to-day activity at the clinic as per CQC requirements.

**We are looking for a Clinic Manager who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Registered Nurse with full awareness and understanding of NMC code of professional conduct.
- Extensive dialysis experience, advanced renal, Level 5 or equivalent in health and social care.
- Previous Deputy Manager experience or above.
- ENB998 or equivalent (teaching/assessing).
- Experience of managing and leading a team of nurses.
- Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
- Have a positive and dynamic approach to providing safe and effective delivery of care.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Saturday, shift hours from 06:30-23:30. Please note, there are no nights or Sunday working.
