Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team in St Philips, Bristol.

You will be looking after set geographical regions, and working closely with the relevant sales team to support their customers. The wider customer service team support one another to achieve their SLAs and ensure excellent service to both internal and externalcustomers.

This is only achievable through team collaboration, within Customer Service and with the wider business.

**Customer Service Coordinator Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working with UK and Worldwide customers would be desirable.
- You will be good at following set processes and procedures, ensuring everything is done in the correct way.
- You will have excellent attention to detail, high levels of resilience, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise in changing circumstances daily.
- Good planning and organisational skills are key to providing exceptional customer service.
- You are a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you have experience of building relationships at all levels across the business.
- You will have good MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and present data using excel.
- Ideally you have had some experience of using a customer database and experience of shipping/logistics would be an advantage.
