Outpatient Services Coordinator

**Outpatient Services Coordinator | Spire Manchester | Didsbury | Full-Time | Permanent | 37.5 hrs per week | **£19,500 per annum**

Spire Manchester Hospital is currently looking to recruit for an Outpatient Services Coordinator on a full time and permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and have a great impact.

Spire Manchester Hospital offers a comprehensive range of specialist treatments in purpose-built private hospital facilities in Didsbury. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Welcoming, registering, and booking appointments, including the accurate collection of credit card details and patient information.
- Compliance with NHS forms and processes.
- Processing NHS appointments
- Booking outpatient insured appointments
- Booking follow up appointments
- Administration tasks within the booking team
- Management online bookings
- Clinic preparation /cancelling and building clinics
- Call handling
- GP Clinics

**Who we're looking for**
- A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- High degree of accuracy in administration
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with information management systems
- Switchboard experience desirable

Working Hours**:Monday to Friday 8.00-16.00 / 10.00-18.00 variable**
