We are looking to recruit full time Bar Tenders to join our current team in our lounge bar which has recently been completely refurbished and offers our guests a modern and contemporary environment to relax and enjoy great products and great service. Our lounge bar is busy day and night serving everything from bar snacks and coffee to cocktails and fine wines.

Previous bar and Barista experience is essential as is a passion for customer care and an understanding of high-end service.

Applicants must be friendly, confident, have charisma and enjoy meeting and engaging with customers.

This role is full time with a mix of split and straight shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.

**LIVE-IN ACCOMMODATION**

We also offer a very high standard of on-site, live-in accommodation with single en-suite rooms. **We provide live in accommodation free of charge along with meals on and off duty. There are no bills.**

We have a great team of staff, of all nationalities and ideally are looking for someone to join the team that can commit to a minimum of 6 months although preferably 12 months. Positions are permanent.

**ABOUT US**

The Keswick Country Hotel is a beautiful 74 bedroomed hotel situated in the market town of Keswick. Open all year, we are a busy hotel with many of our guests returning time and time again due to the excellent service we deliver.

Keswick is the perfect base for those who love the outdoors. We are ideal for those who love walking and hiking, Derwentwater Lake is our doorstep and the scenery is breathtaking.

The town centre has a mix of traditional and modern pubs, great restaurants and cafe bars and plenty of individual shops.

We are family owned, with an additional four hotels in our portfolio and are committed to looking after not only our guests but also our employees.

We understand that travelling for an interview is not a reasonable request so we will conduct a telephone interview.

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
