**Job Purpose**

To ensure the efficient delivery, collection, and organisation of clean and used linen throughout the hotel, supporting the housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver clean linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies to hotel floors and departments.
- Collect used linen, towels, and rubbish from rooms, corridors, and housekeeping trolleys.
- Ensure all linen is counted, sorted, and stored correctly.
- Maintain the linen store in a clean, organised, and safe condition.
- Assist housekeeping staff by replenishing stock and providing additional linen when requested.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in linen and supplies to supervisors.
- Support the housekeeping team with moving furniture, deep cleans, or other operational tasks when required.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Provide courteous and helpful service to guests and colleagues at all times.

- Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift and transport loads safely.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Reliability and a flexible approach to working hours.

**Working Hours**

5 or 6 days per week depending on business demands - 8.30am start time - day shifts only.

**Live in Accommodation**

Live-in accommodation is only £25.00 per week to include all food and off duty. A high standard of accommodation - bathrooms are shared
