The role of Health & Safety Training Administrator is offered on a fixed term contract basis for 9 months and will be based at our prestigious facility in Cosham, Portsmouth.
**Our Health & Safety Team**
By delivering first class training and advisory services to our corporate clients, our team's work prevents workplace accidents and ensures that everyone returns home safely from work.
Joining the team as a Health & Safety Training Administrator, you will report into our experienced H&S Manager and provide key administration support to our team of highly skilled Trainers.
**What will I be responsible for?**
In your new role as a Health & Safety Training Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient co-ordination of courses. You will be required to ensure our administrative processes are completed accurately to meet our quality standards and externalregulatory requirements. Your role will also involve:
- Producing course joining instructions, certificates, courseware, and exam registrations
- Ordering printed publications
- Processing and reconciling invoicing payments
- Maintaining records
- Data entry of courses onto company databases to administer bookings
**What will I need to succeed?**
- GCSE Maths and English - Grade C or above
- Typewriting/word processing skills to a proficient level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Sound interpersonal skills
**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience in production of letters, proposals, and presentations
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Knowledge of reconciliation procedures would be beneficial
