You will be responsible for managing the entire purchase ledger as part of 3-person strong finance team. Duties include:

- Processing approximately 600-800 stock and non-stock supplier invoices monthly
- Daily bank rec
- Scheduled and ad hoc pay runs
- Credit card rec
- Employee expense claims
- Customs deferment and PVA statements and maintaining the filing of customs declarations for inward shipments

**Additional Information**:
Salary range is FTE and will be prorated depending on the agreed hours. Min 25 hours per week over 5 days.

- Organisation skills - able to maintain an effective filing system for easy retrieval of historical information as well as keeping processing deadlines and managing a heavy workload
- Excel proficiency - able to work with formulas including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Problem solving - able to quickly resolve any queries or disputes
