Project Engineer
We are looking for a Project Engineer reporting to the Project Manager for a company that specialise in Water, Wastewater and Environmental industry. The purpose of this role is to provide support in our Sales, Projects and Design department.
Project Engineer Responsibilities:

- Inspection of equipment both inhouse and at suppliers.
- The preparation/writing of Operation & Maintenance Manuals. Oversee, plan, organise, co-ordinate activities with the production, manufacturing and testing of new and refurbishment plant through to despatch and invoicing.
- Production of engineering datasheets.
- Review of manufacturing drawings.
- Preparation of parts lists, work orders and risk assessments. Preparation of quotations for new plant spares, service and refurbishments.
- Procurement, expediting and liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
- Use of company systems and software in order to progress, report and manage projects through life-cycle.
- Maintaining and actively promoting company culture in line with the core values of the business.
- Attend Customer Sites (UK and Abroad)
- Any other reasonable tasks that may be requested to suit the needs of the Company.
Successful Project Engineer:

- HNC and HND or equivalent
- 5-year Project Engineer or Mechanical Engineer experience
- Excellent communication skills,
- Water Treatment Plant experience desirable
- Self-motivated able to work well within a team.
- Customer and Service focused
- Commercially aware
- Budget Management
- Data driven with analytics
- Self-development and continual improvement
