**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop & implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify target audiences and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
- Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
- Create & distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract & engage the target audience.
- Develop a content calendar and collaborate with content creators.
- Manage and optimise social media profiles to build brand awareness & engage with the audience.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products or services.

**Paid Advertising
(PPC - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsofts Ads, Etc )**
- Plan, implement, & optimise paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads or social media ads.
- Use analytics tools to track and analyse website and campaign performance.
- Interpret data to make informed decisions and optimise marketing strategies.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve the website's conversion rates.
- A/B testing and optimisation of landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers or industry leaders to promote the website.
- Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns and utilise CRM tools to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Analyse competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Adjust digital marketing strategies based on competitive insights.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**
- Digital marketing experience.
- IT literate
- Exceptional personal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience in Digital marketing and google ads (must have since it will be the main focus)
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Proven track of record

PLEASE NOTE: Our interviews are quite straightforward, we don't usually do rounds of interviews. Upon arrival you will be doing an assessment that will take around 50 minutes to complete to asses your skills, after that we will have a small talk to see if you align with the position, and thats pretty much it If that sounds like you, please apply
