**Overview**

This company is a global Risk Advisory Group that is looking to expand its marketing team. This role is crucial to contributing to their marketing and business development strategy and will help make it a reality. The aim of this role is to equip staff withthe brand, tools, and resources they need to win businesses. They want to ensure their messages reach their target audiences at the right frequency.

**The role**

You will:

- Work closely with regional teams and heads of service lines to develop, coordinate and deliver strategic plans and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, cross-selling and other forms of client-engagement
- Manage responses to RfPs and contributes to presentations and capability statements
- Leads the follow-up process for all marketing and business development generated leads, ensuring ROI is maximised
- Helps conduct market research and sales analysis, turning data into actionable insights
- Ensures all staff understand best marketing and business development practices
- Maintains and updates the firm's marketing materials
- Supports account management process

**The experience**

You will ideally have:

- 4+ years of B2B business development, marketing or account management experience in a professional services organisation
- Passion and track record of connecting dots and aligning senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Client focussed; results driven
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to persuade, influence and challenge in a constructive manner
- Experience in presenting and chairing meetings
- Experience in using a CRM system is a bonus
