We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Administration Assistant** to join our expanding Commercial team at our well-established and growing Main Contractor Construction Company based in **Corby Northamptonshire.** You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis**

**The Administration Assistant role**:
An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our expanding Commercial team at the brand new head office on Princewood Road in Corby, Northamptonshire.

**Main responsibilities of the Administration Assistant** **include**:

- Managing Sub contract orders
- Raising invoices
- Supporting with spreadsheets and schedules
- Data analysis
- Assisting with monthly reporting
- Auditing contracts and payments before sign off
- Inputting and presenting data for analysis by the senior team
- Providing data for management information
- Attending meetings and taking/typing minutes
- Updating and maintaining records

**Our ideal Administration Assistant** **will have the below skills and experience**:

- Intermediate Word and Excel
- Administrative experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Teamwork skills are required and the ability to work independently to ensure that the tasks are completed
- Time Management and process management
- Attention for detail
- Adaptable, willing to learn and is eager to work in a dedicated team
- Flexibility
- Great interpersonal skills
- Experience in using COINS system would be a benefit, as would basic experience in the Construction industry
- Driving license required
