Rangeford Villages have taken over the management of Mickle Hill from MHA and we are now recruiting a number of exciting opportunities and vacancies at the village. These include roles within our 5 star rated Bistro, specifically the role of **Bistro Assistant.**

We are now looking for a Bistro Assistant, working on a casual basis, to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to all of our customers. You will primarily work weekends, but you will need to be flexible to cover absence. Shifts are either 8 am to 3 pm or 1 pm to 8 pm. There are typically **no late night shifts/split shifts**. (Very occasional evening events). Available hours each week may vary with business need. We are happy to discuss your availability.

You will be well presented, professional and dedicated. You will have experience of working in a similar role, and will be well versed in providing excellent customer service.

Your great personality enables you to quickly build relationships with both your customers, and team members.

You will be able to work closely with our chef serving our home cooked meals, assisting him with some basic food preparation when required. You will take pride in your work space by ensuring it is clean and well stocked. (Training will be given where required.)

A 'can do' approach and ability to use your initiative is key along with the essential 'service with a smile' ethos

Please note that due to the environment a DBS check will be required for this role. (Paid for by us.)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £9.53 per hour
