**The role**:
The Senior Logistics Coordinator will accurately and efficiently coordinate shipping wholesale orders.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Organise team members to ensure smooth running of inbound and outbound shipments
- Check essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers, including customs documentation
- Ensure the European warehouse works within the SLA and following up if they are not adhering
- Coordinate the team for stock swaps, re-orders and returns in a timely manner
- Create credit notes and work closely with finance dept, advising what debit notes can be approved
- Conduct team meetings with finance and sales
- Record any wholesale logistics issues for management to review
- Monitor inbound production shipments into US, UK, HK, Belgium Warehouses
- Monitor global shipping updates to ensure there are no issues with movement of the goods
- Review any faulty claims, resolving as per brand policy and feeding back to technical dept and manufacturers.

**Person specification**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
- Very strong time management and organisation skills
- Excellent Excel skills including VLOOK UP, SUMIF, CONCATENATE
- Great problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a 'can do’ work ethic
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and effectively within a cross-functional team
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a logistics or operations role
- Good understanding of import and export requirements and processes
- Stock management skills and understanding of analysing and reporting data
- Management experience in a small team is a bonus
- Previous experience of Zedonk and/or Joor is desirable.
