**Positive Employment** is currently recruiting for a Caretaker role for our client in Wood Green

The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate undertaking reasonable duties within their capabilities and the scope of the post as
specified by their line manager

**DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- To conduct regular inspections of all communal parts, internal and external
- To promptly report any communal repairs to the Customer Services Centre
- Identify, resolve/report any potential health and safety issues
- Effective management of material placed in noticeboards in line with set standards
- To act upon risk assessment processes and remove hazard in accordance with Health and Safety
- Lifting of relatively heavy material

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
- Physically capable of heavy lifting

**WORKING HOURS AND RATE**:
Mon - Fri, 08:30am - 16.30pm

Rate: £10.00 p/h
