About the Role
Are you an experienced School Site Manager with a background in construction, maintenance, or facilities management?

Complete Classroom Services is recruiting for a school Site Managers to support a range of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across Haringey and the surrounding areas.
We are seeking proactive, hands-on individuals who can take ownership of site maintenance, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and uphold high standards of safety and compliance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Overseeing the general upkeep and security of school buildings and grounds
• Completing or supervising minor repairs and maintenance (DIY, plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
• Managing contractors and ensuring Health & Safety compliance
• Conducting routine safety checks (fire alarms, emergency exits, water systems)
• Supporting room/venue setups for school events and functions
• Monitoring stock, ordering materials, and managing site resources effectively
• Ensuring safeguarding, site safety and secure access at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous school experience as a caretaker, site manager (preferrable)
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and repairs
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in school environments
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
