**Shift Pattern**: 8:00am - 20:00pm / 20:00pm - 8:00am / 20:00pm - 22:00pm / Sleep in 22:00pm - 7:00am - Mixed shifts.

**Requirements**: Female experienced support worker & Complex care experience.

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a lady living in Stoke. She has an Acquired bran injury and learning disabilities and she is 2:1 care at all times.

Your role of support is to meet her personal care, Deep oral suctioning, PEG feeding, Pep mask, Nebulizer, full manual handling and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support with all aspects of daily living
- Deep suctioning
- PEG Feeding (Gastrostomy)
- Nebulizers
- Pep mask
- Medication
- Chest Physio
- Full manual handling Community access for client

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Have a pure zest for life & a caring can-do attitude.
- PEG feeding experience
- Learning disability experience Suctioning experience
