As the **Regional Business Manager**, you will support the forecasted sales growth. To be the franchisees' trusted business advisor. To be responsible for coaching franchisees to ensure their business plans and profit goals are defined and met.

Nature and Scope Responsibilities include providing and analysing accurate data in a timely manner that supports the business development plans. Responsible for the development of all franchisees within an allocated region in-line with the agreed businessplan.
- Maximise and maintain Franchisee profitability by driving, managing, and planning full coverage of the Franchisee territory
- Coach Franchisees to established benchmarks in terms of winning new business and laterally expanding existing business
- Help franchisees to set a business development plan that maximise the franchisee's profitability.
- Conduct business reviews with the franchisees to help the franchise owner set objectives, analyse progress and check the effectiveness of his current business plans and tactics.
- Co-ordinate and implement frequent local sales meetings including product and package launches

This is a Field based position covering Midlands/Wales.
